What is ClinchPad?

ClinchPad is a SaaS web application that enables businesses all around the world to manage their sales process. It is the first application of Foobaz Labs, an early stage startup based in New Delhi.

What will be my responsibilities?

  • Functional and usability testing of the web application.
  • Creating automated test scripts using Selenium or a similar application
  • Giving product demos in person or online.
  • Contributing to customer support by replying to emails and the occasional phone call.
  • Writing scripts to track growth metrics of the web application.

Do I need to know programming?

No, this is a non-technical role. However, you will be expected to pick up a little bit of programming (to automate some of the manual tasks you need to do).

What skills do I need to have?

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Keen desire to learn.
  • Goal oriented approach towards your tasks.
  • Programming experience is a bonus but not required.
