Notifications
We’re pleased to announce the release of a new feature - Notifications. There is now a counter to the left of your user name on the menu bar in ClinchPad. It shows the number of unread notifications and clicking on the counter opens up the list of notifications, where you can read and dismiss the notifications.
These notifications are also sent you the e-mail address.
You can follow a lead by clicking the ‘follow’ option on the top of a lead page.
By default, you will get notifications for all the leads assigned to you. You can change this by clicking on your name in the top right corner and clicking on Settings and then clicking on Notifications. There are three notification settings
- Follow Everything - Get notifications whenever any activity takes place.
- Follow My Lead - Get notifications for only leads that are assigned to you. (Default option)
- Follow Nothing - Don’t get any notifications.
Regardless of which setting you have, you will always get notifications for leads you have followed.
