We’re pleased to announce three(!) new features - Reports, Products and Maildrops.
Reports
You should see a new link called ‘Reports’ in the top bar. Several metrics are now available, visually represented as pie and bar charts. You can select a metric type and filter by date ranges. You can also look up the metrics for a specific user.
Products
You should see a new link called ‘Products’ in the top bar and also in the menu in the lead details page. You can now create products such as ‘XYZ Routers’ or ‘437 Elm Street house’ and optionally attach prices to them. If the products have prices, the lead value will be automatically updated accordingly.
Maildrops
You should see a new link called ‘Emails’ in the menu in the lead detals page. On clicking the ‘Emails’ link, you’ll see an email address (unique to each lead) that looks something like this [email protected]. You can send, forward, CC or BCC emails to this address and they’ll show up on the ‘Emails’ section. Great for recording client conversations.
